| Colorado | The Great Possibilities of Colorado and Cuba | Cuba | |||
| Agriculture | Assets nationalized by the Castro Revolution not only included real property and businesses but also trademarks famous globally such as Havana Club rum, Cohiba and Partagas cigar brands, etc. Prior owners of these trademarks have successfully prevented Cuba from selling products labeled with these controversial marks in countries who generally accept global copyrights and trademarks. Cuba has threatened to retaliate against USA interests in Cuba by not protecting well known USA trademarks within Cuba. Many USA companies have started new businesses, developed trademarked products and services and purchased internet domain names to "brand" a quasi-affiliation with future Cuba. Colorado Cuba is interested in Colorado companies who want to prepare for the New Cuba as envisioned by the Bush Administration in its White House announcement of May 20, 2002. Please contact Colorado Cuba for more details.
